Teeth

• Spur gears milled module range: 0.25 to 4 diameters: to 80 (160 mm) quality: 7 to 9.
• Spur gears can be hardened and/or polished module range: 0.3 to 4 diameters: up to 300 mm of quality: 4 for master gears 5 and 6 in series.
• Spur wheels roll-pushed (internal teeth) module range: 0.3 to 4 diameters: up to 120 (160) mm of quality: 8 to 9.
• Snails milled, hardened and polished module range: 0.3 to 3 diameters: up to 80 mm of partial length: 400 (1000) mm of quality: 9 to 10 milled 7 polished.
• Worm gears milled module range: 0.3 to 3 diameters: up to 80 (160) mm of quality: 8 to 9.

• Straight tooth bevel gears milled module range: 0.3 to 0,7 diameters: up to 80 mm of quality: 8.
• Straight tooth bevel gears planed module range: 0.5 to 4 diameters: up to 150 mm of quality: 8.
• Racks milled, unhardened module range: 0.3 to 4 length: max.1000 mm of quality: 8.
• Fine thread polished upward gradient: 0,25 mm and more largely partial length: max. 400 mm in diameter: up to 30 mm.

Inspection Method.

Jena Tec use extensive inspection methods to certify the high quality products we produce and their compliance with your specification. Using Höfler and Hommel measuring techniques combined with laser measurement Jena Tec can provide documentary evidence of;

• Profile & Flank Line
• Division, cyclic testing and tooth width
• Effective, minor and major diameter
• Maximum outside diameter: 400 mm.
• Maximum gear wheel width: 300 mm.
• Maximaler Grundkreisdurchmesser: 390 mm.
• Module range: 0.7 to 5 mm (alternatively: Module <0.7mm).
• Profile and flank line.
• Division, cyclic testing and tooth measuring width.
